DesignMarketo is curating events, commissioning designers and selling exciting objects with stories to tell.

Our aim is to provide an economic stronghold for designers to develop their practice and self production.
Our recent events include a lemonade bar in Bulgaria, a dinner at the Barbican Art Centre in London or a friendly cafe in the Brompton Design District (London Design Festival 2011); for each of our events we setup a brief and commission designers to produce limited edition, to go for sale either during the event in the popup shop or, later, online. The online shop also features a selection of objects we came across, meeting with designers in their studio.

We love exploring the everyday life of objects, experimenting with food and products, design and internet... such a great list to provide us and our friends with a lot of fun!
